Camp SkyWay is proud to announce our tradition of growing future leaders through our Counselor In Training Program. The CIT (Counselor in Training) program invites campers ages 13-15 who dream to become Camp SkyWay Counselors in the future.
This year’s C.I.T program will feature a new course we call “L.E.A.D” that will center around hands-on leadership development sessions. Each daily session will focus on a different learning segment of L.E.A.D, including Leadership, Experience, Action, and Development.
*C.I.T.s are still considered campers, but will participate in training and leadership activities similar to staff training.
